Remember this post? Well I was on Cup of Jo yesterday and found out that in May a NYC police officer reprimanded a Dutch tourist for riding her bike in a skirt. She wasn't given a ticket, but was told she was distracting cars. Unbelievable! NYC had a protest on June 30th; girls and guys showed up in skirted glory and rode the streets.
